Payment Systems

Monthly installments are one of the easiest payment methods of all, and it’s the system the company chose for future residents. After paying 5% of the unit value, the rest of the amount is paid in monthly installments for a period of 8 years, knowing that 8% of the unit’s price must be spent on maintenance.
