Unit Sizes

  • 10% of the total unit value as a downpayment, and the rest can be paid on installments over a period of 4 to 6 years.

  • A 15 or 18% downpayment, with the remaining amount over 6 years.

  • 20% of the total unit value as a downpayment, and the rest on installment over a period of 7 years.

  • Pay 23% of the unit value as a downpayment, and the rest is divided on installments over 6 years. This option gives you the right to choose the type of finish as well.

  • Note that the first phase of Azad compound has already been completed and the delivery of units to buyers began on 12/2019.
